Sumatamanasa Sengupta Social Foundation supports poor people and children by providing medical treatment. These poor children need affection, attention, kindness, and education. Hence Sumatamanasa Sengupta Social Foundation recognizes the need of the hour and the requirements of these poor children for their holistic development. Due to the economic, and social & Covid 19 conditions, parents do not have sufficient resources and means to support their children’s education, do not have enough foods to consume, and not don’t know about Covid 19. our working place at Darjeeling, Cooch Bihar, Uttar Dinajpur, Malda, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Bardhhaman, Nadia, North Twenty-Four Parganas, Hooghly, Bankura, Purulia, Howrah, Kolkata, South Twenty-Four Parganas, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medinipur, Alipurduar. Also working at Kolkata varieties underprivileged area, Assam, Tripura, Bihar, UP, MP, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Jharkhand, GOA, Gujarat, Manipur, Uttarakhand, Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu. We have observed that they work as domestic servants, making clips and doing all odd jobs where they can easily earn and help feed their family, hence these children are dropped out of school.
Our NGO took this difficult task by convincing the parents of the slum children. They also live in very deplorable conditions they are deprived of the basic amenities like drinking water, basic sanitation, adequate nutrition, clean environment. It is only through education that the children can aspire to be independent and self-reliant. Plan and implement or join hands with donors, non-government, and other volunteer bodies for implementing, a development that fulfills our vision to educate, organize, and strengthen the downtrodden communities with total capacities to manage their own development. It is our great pleasure to place this report of our organizations for your kind consideration.
